Once you contact me the process begins:
If you require my expertise to purchase a home, I will send
you a copy of my
Buyer’s Orientation” handbook. This booklet will give you valuable information
on all stages of the home buying process from financing, to home inspections,
title and escrow. This booklet also includes a copy of the Washington State Law
of Real Estate Agency which explains in legal terms the fiduciary relationship
between agent and buyer. Having me represent you as a “buyer’s agent” and
negotiating on your behalf is clearly in your best interests!
If you are planning to sell your home, I will send you a copy
of my “Seller’s Orientation” handbook. The information in this booklet will help
you make the decisions necessary to get your home sold and make that experience
pleasant and rewarding.
This booklet explains the fiduciary relationship between agent and seller as
defined in the Washington Law of Real Estate Agency. It also explains how I
design a personalized marketing plan for your home, the importance of preparing
your home for sale and the points of difference between me and the traditional
real estate agent.
I will also send you a copy of Davis Knox’s “Pricing Your
Home to Sell” and "Staging Your Home for Success”, two DVDs that will give you
valuable “tips” on two critical issues, pricing and presentation. Along with my
